Traffic

The two motor roads through Majdanpek M 24 (Požarevac – Kučevo – Majdanpek – Negotin) and M 25-1 (Požarevac – Veliko Gradište – Golubac – Donji Milanovac – Kladovo)  connect Majdanpek with E 75 (highway Beograd – Niš). Majdanpek is 131 km far from this highway over the town of Pozarevac and 170 km over Paracin.

The regional roads in Majdanpek are R-104 (Brzа Pаlаnkа-Mirоč-Pоrеčki bridge-Mаjdаnpеk-Dеbеli Lug-Jаsikоvо-Žаgubicа), R-104а (Jаsikоvо-Vlаоlе-Gоrnjаnе-Bоr) and R-106 (Pоrеčki bridge – Milоš Tower-Zаgrаđе-Zаjеčаr-Bоr), and there are also 172 local roads which complete the traffic communication.

The Danube runs 54 km along the north borderline of the Majdanpek region. This sailing road is the part of the corridor Dunav  7  Rajna-Majna-Dunav-Crno more. The wharf is situated in Donji Milanovac 999 km far from the Black Sea. 

This region is connected with Belgrade over Kucevo and Pozarevac by the railroad traffic, and it is also connected with Nis and Prahovo over Bor and Zajecar. The railroad connects four places: Debeli Lug, Vlaole, Jasikovo and Leskovo.
